Prior to giving mortgage advice we will provide you with a Keyfacts Initial Disclosure Document (IDD) this will detail various issues including:- What will you have to pay us for our service?
This gives three options, the most appropriate option for your circumstances will be agreed at outset. The options are:-
- No fee- We will be paid by commission from the lender
- A fee of £350.00. This fee will be payable on application. We will also be paid commission by the lender.
- A fee of 0.5% of the value of the loan, payable in two instalments, 50% on application and 50% on completion. Any commission paid by the lender will be refunded to you.
